Don't drink the water or order the ice tea. Smells and tastes horrible. I was charged extra for dressing on my salad that always... becomes dry from the cabbage and wasn't told there would be a charge. The establishment wasn't busy, maybe 7 custoners totaland our waitress couldn't remember our napkins..we had to asking for napkins! Also, After we placed our order and our food cameto the table we mentioned to our waitress about the gift card special, and she became a little snotty and said I have until theend of the dining experience to offer the special..my question to management is..who wants a free appetizers at the end of ameal?? I eat at the Howell Applebee's quite often..they're service is A+ .. sorry South Lyon you need to freshen up on manners,clean up your water ???? supply and stop price gouging your customers! We went in with a party of ten... Dressed to perfection and the servers/hostess didn't let us conjoin two tables, that's kind of... weird. Person number 3 said the sirloin wasn't all that and he can do better. I think also the wing sauces are way too sweet andthey need some more variety. 10 minutes into our expedition to Applebee's they go and set 2 parties and put 2 tables together ofprobably 6. I also never got a water refill. Took person 6's beer glass because they ran out of glasses. The bartender was likescreaming or something and being obnoxious throughout the night as well. Also why are they blending drinks right in the middleof the restaurant. In a world of such cruel realities we try to go out and have a fun intervention for one of our loved ones.It was drastically and utterly ruined by Applebee's and their servers. This particular applebee's is a bit of a mixed bag. The service varies pending on who you get pretty drastically. Also the long... wait time after putting in orders it's difficult when you're only on a hour long lunch from work. Also depending on who youtalk to sometimes you can reserve a table and sometimes to tell you they don't do that ever. Read more

Visited last week for lunch with kids on Saturday. Food was yummy. Hot , fresh and tasty. Server was very lovely and sweet... spoken person. Tables were clean. Had a good , pleasant time with family. Would surely keep on visiting again n again. Read more

Spent $50 on a meal. Lexi was extremely rude to my girlfriend and I. My whiskey bacon burger has zero sauce on it, and like half... of a piece of bacon and is cooked like rubber when I asked for it rare (pink). My girlfriends Sirloin steak is burnt and bonedry as well. Our fries are ice cold and undercooked. Wish i could get a refund. Not a fan. Will not be returning to thislocation.
