Food was great! But I miss the onion rings. Service here at this Arby's is amazing. Friendly and they don't get angry when I ask... them to speak up due to my hearing aid. One night we were closer to another Arby's in Wixom. They were so quiet & rude. We endedup canceling our order before leaving the speaker area. Then we drove out of our way to go to this Arby's. Even with high gasprices--I think that says it all! I understand how hard it is to find staff. We appreciate this Arby's even more. As foratmosphere...I think the dining room is closed. We usually just park & enjoy our meal while we chat. Read more

On Nov 26 22, I placed a lunch order in the app. I come through drive through to pick it up, the young woman advised me that... one cannot pick up app orders in drive through, "you have to come inside." My circumstances required I couldn't leave myvehicle, and I advised the attendant of this. She repeated the same statement again. As I simply could not leave the vehicle, Iasked that my order be cancelled. She stated that I would have to call the customer service line since they do not handle apporders. Not only could I not get my food, but I'd be out the cash, too. 20 minutes later, after calling the 800 number andreciting my name, email address, phone number, credit card number, and store number, I was finally able to cancel the order andagain begin looking for lunch for my family. A very frustrating experience. While I have always enjoyed going to this Arby's,as I live very close, this particular experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Little Chicken Sandwich is always good! The fries... no matter which style I order, they're never hot.

Great Arby?s. Located in a nice area and away from the heavy traffic in the opposite direction. The staff was very friendly and... fast. I ate inside and everything was clean. Handicap parking and plenty of non handicap parking spaces. Its difficult to get togoing west off the expressway, but if you turn around at the first light, you will find it. Highly recommended. Edit: Kevin was a spectacular drive through employee. Super nice. Easy to talk to. Overly qualified for his job. Kevin earned... this Arbys location my 5th star. Would love to see more people like Kevin. Food tasted great and was quick to get to me. Onlyproblem I had was that the workers seemed more annoyed with my presence than your average fast food worker but I want to specifythat they weren't mean or snotty. Read more

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Asked me If I wanted to donate 1$ I did last time so I said no this time. The guy said okay... like I was rude or a terrible person for not donating. Then when they handed me my food the girl said here and slammed it shut.Not even a have a nice day, have a good day. Or thank you for coming. Just ice cold From both of them. Probably won?t return. Ima hair stylist and im Gonna make sure to tell my clients to pick a better arbys with kinder people. Read more

Very bad experience ordering from here. I had a simple coupon with me and mentioned it before ordering my food. The female... employee obviously did not understand what the coupon stood for (which was to order 2 chicken sandwiches for $5 - max 5 chickensandwiches per order, per visit). First, she said the coupon is only valid if I order 6 sandwiches (what?). Then, she correctedherself by saying the coupon is valid only if I buy 2 sets of 5 chicken sandwiches, which is 10 total (trust me, I?m confusedtoo if you got this far). For the sake of argument, I just ordered 6 chicken sandwiches so I could move on after what felt likeforever. Once I?m at the window, the female worker (receipt said her name was Fancy), was not polite whatsoever. I handed her mycoupon and explained to her what the conditions were of the coupon (she didn?t even bother to look) and she said ?$25? in a rudetone and basically rushed me to pay without even hearing what I had to say. I worked in customer service for quite a few years,and not once did I not try to understand and take into account the customer?s point of view. Overall, ?Fancy? needs someretraining on her customer service skills & maybe reconsider working in the fast-food industry. P.S., she wasn?t wearing hername tag at the window, which just shows that she?s probably been complained about before by other customers in the past. Read more

Another disappointing trip to Arbys. Three piece chicken was basically rubber coated in breading and deep fried, there was one... almost edible piece. Roast beef was cold and the bun was so stale it fell apart. The fries were also over cooked and greasy.Then top it off with forgetting the cheese sticks we ordered. We did get the marinara sauce for once!! They usually forget toput that in the bag. The drinks were good! Read more
