The manager in this store is rude and has terrible costumer service. He has no compassion or empathy. When we tried to pick up... our order, the Milford store pointed out we had accidentally ordered at the store on Milford rd, New Hudson. We tried to cancelthe order as we were advised legally we can do it even if the order has been made. The manager in Milford himself tried to helpus by calling and canceling to remake it but this man refused and hung up the phone. When I tried to call he did the same, hestated he was not going to cancel it and hung up. We arrived to pick up this order, we asked for the manager who cut me offwhile I was speaking and it wasn?t until we reminded him of how poor his customer service skills were that he decided to listenand ?apologize?. He completely denied hanging up on me, basically claiming I was lying. Read more

I'm sad to say that this location will no longer receive our business. They made an error, and refused to fix it. I was give... the excuses- You should have been more specific on what you wanted. The staff is new and there are learning curves. I was told"sorry for the inconvenience" The sandwich was made incorrectly and they wouldn't make it right. Terrible customer service. We went to this location at least 2x a month for the past four years. Read more

Last weekend I was getting subs for a volleyball tournament and they were out of turkey! Whoever was in charge of ordering... turkey forgot to put that in. The workers weren't very friendly and didn't offer any type of turkey-less reparations. Read more

*** Edit. As of today 4/5/22 I had the manager/owner personally call me to apologize and to get down to the bottom of why it... happened. Kuddos to the customer service at this location!!! Great sandwiches however- you guys need to look at the produce youare putting on your sandwiches. Just went through the drive through and picked up a sandwich, got back to work and opened it upto eat it?. Old moldy gross lettuce! And I don?t have time to go back out and return it. Tried to go here 3 times in the past 2 weeks at 5-6pm. Every time, employees in the building, lights on and at the drive through... an employee tells me they?re ?closed today for short staff?. I understand everyone struggling with staff but this is gettingsuspicious as there are always employees in the building. Tonight, 5:45pm, lights on and THREE employees inside. Male voice getson the speaker laughing and says ?sorry we?re closed today? and laughs again. Driving away I see 3 employees behind the counter.How many are required to make a sandwich? Read more

Always quick in store or delivery. Staff is always great. Half the time you don't get anything you ask for as extra, just the... normal amount. Last time I was Missing mustard and mayo packets too Read more

Placed an order for 2 sandwiches. Called at the 40 minutes and I?m told they food will be leaving for delivery soon. We do see... the driver pull up so I leave my office to meet outside. As I get to him he speeds off swearing, and I?m trying to wave himdown. I call the store and I?m told - ?He wasn?t swearing at you, he was swearing at the person who packed your order, theyforgot the chips, so he?s coming back for them.? So after knowing we were upset for waiting so long to, he leaves afterrealizing the chips weren?t packed? How about you leave the sandwiches and bring back the one bag of missing chips.
