First time at this location on Labor Day afternoon because power was out at Milford restaurant. Not busy at all. Friendly... employees, clean atmosphere, nice air conditioning, and hot food at great prices! Looking forward to returning. Read more
This McDonald's has the drive-thru open. I was there at 7am and ordered food for 5 people and pulled into a numbered parking... space to wait. The wait was short, food was fresh and hot, and the delivery person was cheerful and courteous. Read more
Tonight I was one of those typical bad customers who comes to the drive thru before close and orders a ton of food. The woman... who took my order and helped cater to a bunch of silly food specifications was absolutely the most accommodating she could havebeen five minutes or less before closing. - Waited over 1/2 hour - Paid for a larger fry and got a medium in a large box ^(this happens 100% of the time) - paid for large... drink that was 3/4 full - staff is a bunch of spoiled rude teens - I waited at the end of the rail for ~5 minutes - I asked forextra ketchup they charged me $.70 ^(I got zero ketchup, I asked for my ketchup, teen was super rude) - I waited over 5 minutesfor ketchup (I found out why) When i got home i sat down at at the coffee table to eat and watch TV for a minute. I reachedinto the small bag with the ketchup and what do you know... THE $.70 WORTH OF KETCHUP WAS DRENCHED IN HONEY!!! Fresh honey, notlike when you get a packet here or there that is a bit sticky. I ordered McChicken and requested to have extra mayo drive-through employees said ?OK no problem? and I get no mayo at all and... yet still got charged for extra mayo. Shame on you guys for your poor work skills if you can?t put freaking mayo in a sandwichmaybe don?t work at McDonald?s.
