The New Hudson location of Pita Way never disappoints us. Wonderfully fresh, delicious family meal orders are our favorite and... we always eat to our fill and have leftovers for more meals later . The food is great. The online ordering experience is good right up until you place your order. Once you hit "submit", there is... nothing that indicates your order has gone thru, nothing, no change on the screen, no "thank you for your order", nothing. I'mlucky my order was only placed twice and even luckier that the nice employee called to check when two identical orders wereplaced 3 minutes apart. This is especially frustrating because it seems you might have to download "toast" in order to completethe order. Since you can only place an order online, they truly need to improve the website. I'm old but it just shouldn't bethis confusing to place an order. Read more

Very professional and gave amazing service! Door Dashed my lunch and was given the wrong sandwich. I called up to Pita Way- I... told them I don?t want to be a Karen calling to say my sandwich is wrong, but wanted to know if I could get the correct one. Theperson who answered (Dennis or Devin lol cannot remember what he said) was so friendly and told me to come on up and they?llmake it right and fresh in front of me. I absolutely love pita way, but had the absolute worst experience at this location. When I walked in, I wasn?t greeted, and the... worker just stared at me until I told him what I wanted to eat. I also asked if I could utilize one of my rewards and the workerproceeded to argue with me. He told me he was not allowed to honor my reward (which I have used at other locations perfectlyfine) and still continued to argue with me when I told him it was no problem at all. He then stormed in the back and I was lefthumiliated. The worker was yelling at me because I asked a simple question. I am really questioning if I will ever return to apita way ever again.
