Inconsistent cooking. Some days pizzas cooked to perfection and other times pizzas are very soggy and doughy like it needed more... time in the oven. Also sometimes the person cuts the pie in squares when I specify pie cut. No more carryout deals. Read more

I?m a domino customer. I ordered a pizza at the store location 1017 Jericho tpke New Hyde Park NY 11040. First he was not... wearing any gloves but that?s not the main point. The slicer fell onto the floor and without cleaning or changing it he used thesame one to pick up my pizza. This is very unhygienic. When I called him out for it he replied saying it was fine. Disgusting Inever had this experience with Dominos but today was different. They were also speaking in a different language. I am verydisappointed with this and I left the place immediately. Solid Dominoes pizza. Ordering carry out was smooth and quick. I would have given 4 stars except for the fact that the employee... preparing the pizzas wasn?t wearing a mask. Also, I saw a delivery driver returning from a delivery with their mask under theirchin. I read a review that mentioned the same things I saw, but still ordered because I thought it was just a one-time thing andbecause I wanted Dominoes. Guess things haven?t changed much.
