Extremely disappointed, I ordered from them for the first time yesterday via Uber eats. The grilled chicken with my meal arrived... burnt. I was never reimbursed for this wasted dish. Pros: The food was spiced right, and oh so good. I got the calamari with the spicy marinara (excellente) as well as the Salmon... Piccata on a bed of spinach. Ohhhh mannnn was it good!! I just kept eating it--it was done superbly with an excellent crustbathed in lemony/caper yumminess. Fiance had Chicken a la vodka. Both were excellent. We finished it with a lemon cake which hadan excellent presentation and I was excited to dig in. Cons: 1. The lady who put the water and bread could have said somethingand been more careful to not slosh water everywhere. 2. Appetizer bread wasn't "special"-I could have brought in my own Italianloaf for that 3. Wish the calamari had more fried n crisp-ier onions 4. Ok so I spent around $20 for the spaghetti and meatballs, $12 for a half order of penne vodka and $20 for a grilled chicken... ceaser salad. By looking at the two photos they barely put any pasta in the containers AND put a ton of sauce ( I had to takesome out ) to hide the fact they didn’t put a lot in there! The “ grilled “ chicken tasted boiled not grilled! Listen Iunderstand everything is getting expensive but come on man you didn’t put anything in those containers for thoseprices!!! Food was good. Wasn’t a huge fan of the veggie and potato for sides with the chicken parm. Love the pizza !

What can I say Absolutely AWESOME as usual. This Long Island staple is second to none. The food here is always best in class... and the staff is more than accommodating. We LOVE Umbertos of NHP, and can’t wait to go back to our favorite restaurant. Read more

The best pizza in New Hyde Park hands down! The regular slice I would rate a solid 8, the grandma slice a 8.5 and their best... slice is the Sicilian a 9 which is super crispy. Their pizza is good even to go, we order delivery all the time. The penne vodkais some the best around. Highly recommend! Read more

Nice place and delicious food but the service was bad, not sure if they were under staff that day.
