The bread was fresh but the sandwich itself was cold as well as the crinkle fries. I wish they would get the Italian sandwich... here. I will give them another try. June 5,2022 4 months since my last review. I gave them another chance. This time I ordertheir item special which is a Wagyu Burger. The lady taking the order and I had a conversation about what was on it and whatkind of "sauce" which she told me was like the Big Mac sauce. I completed my order and drove around to the window. My order wasrepeated to me as "Pecan Chicken salad sandwich as a meal". Not even close! The nice young man taking the money was trying tocorrect the order, which also meant the amount I was quoted was wrong as well. He finally had to call a manager to clear theregister and start over. ( she was the only women I saw and probably took my original order). Once the order was corrected andI paid more than what was quoted, I pulled to a parking space to see if anything was even hot. To my surprise the burger was hotand tasted very good. The fries had just been cooked so they were hot as well. I like Arby's and would like to see them make it.But to many things go wrong to many times. Someone in a corporate office should be reading these reviews.???? Read more

Just left there we had 2 Gyro meals only got 1 and with no receipt. I will have to speak to a MGR to get this resolved. Actually... District MGR resolve this issue and beyond, food fix fresh and taste great so due to her I add a star. Read more
This place need to get it together to stay in business. Next door competition Chick-fil-A. Been to Arby in a few states they... all the same. There seem to be a trend there Unprofessional, lazy, untrain employees who don't want to be there I guess. Thereason for the 3 star is because I ordered 2 $6 dollar burger and a med choco shake. The lady gave me a very large size shake.At first I didnt think about it. As i thought that was there version of a medium size. But after looking online. They prettymuch gave the biggest size they had. Not sure it they gave me someone else. But i can't complain there ????. Read more
Well I was disappointed! Went through the drive thru the guy that took the order was pleasantly Patient. I ordered the... brisket sandwich for $11 with a sprite .just to say 2 thin slices of mystery meat on a bun with a squirt of mayo and bbq sauce the wrong fries and a large carbonated water is not an $11 meal. I wanted crinkled cut with all 3 meals ( my wife and son wereeating with me) we had one order crinkle Cut and the rest were curly I even told them this was our first time so you thinkthey would have tried to make it a great visit. Not the case. So needless to say I don't have any urge to return in the futureBest wishes hope yall can get it together cause I don't see this place making it. Read more
I was very disappointed today that the salad I ordered was a few days old. It was what I really wanted but couldn?t eat. The... lettuce was brown n mushy and even the cheese head mushy. There's a guy that works there and he is the greatest. And he is the nicest person there. The food is 3.5 out of 5 they kind of... stingy on the meat but they'll give you an extra french fries so I guess it kind of makes up. Still one of the greatest ???? Read more
