Tonight, my husband ordered pizza for us. I'm lactose intolerant, which he knows. I can handle small amounts of dairy, however... cheese on pizza gives me bad consequences. While placing our order, he wrote 'no cheese' on mine. My pizza was delivered withcheese on it. When i called the Lower Burrell location (around 9pm), i explained that we wrote it in the order about not wantingcheese. The representative did not respond nor offer to correct this. When we checked the email receipt it did not have thecomment we made. I wanted to send this as 'Feedback' on their site, but that doesn't work either. I always love their pizza. My food was ready when they said it would be. It was good like always.
I ordered a steak and cheese hoagie and a Italian hoagie the steak is supposed to have cheese mushrooms sweet peppers lettuce... and onion. I received a steak hoagie with no mushrooms no onion and green peppers very little lettuce and tomatoes. I don't likegreen peppers cause they don't like me. The best foxes pizza anywhere around. Fastest delivery of any restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. I believe I might be their... number 1 customer, i order sometimes several times a week to be delivered to my work. Delivery drivers are always friendly andget here way before the scheduled time. I waited for an 8 cut pizza. I swear it sat around, less than a 10 min. Ride home it was cold. Pizza hoagie same thing. Barely... any cheese and cold. I paid 25.00 for a meal that wasn't worth 10dollars Read more
Very good pizza. Haven't been here for almost 8 years. Some bad pizza's back then. Finally got back to them. 1 traditional & 1... hand tossed. Whole family really liked them. We are picky. Definitely will be back. Read more
Ordered online today a pizza and some hoagies. Opened my sandwhich to do a precheck for the 'OK TO PROCEED' only to find they... made me an 'LT' instead of a BLT. Thanks Foxes - Lower Burrell. I called at 6:50 pm asking if they could deliver to a well site im working at with no physical adress cause I got stuck having... to work a double with no food I have them a adress that is less then a football field away from they came back saying theyneeded my physical adress I said again I don't have one I have coordinates she said hold on I heard her ask how to put the phoneon mute she gets back on and says no we're done delivering...
