We were never asked if we were dining in or carrying out, when we placed our order. When our subs were ready, we were told to... leave(not asked) because the dining room was closed and time was needed to clean it. Every table was clean except the one we hadbeen sitting at for 20 minutes, waiting on our food. When we got home and sat down to eat, every single one of the four subsordered was wrong. As good as it ever was. It's been years since I had a pizza and sub from here. The crust still has that old fire oven taste. The... classic sauce just can't be matched anywhere public. The new digs are better and have a lot more space and atmosphere, incomparison to the old outlet location. Take out or eat right there and chat for a while - no disappointments either way. Read more

Ordered pizza and a sub last night 12/24/2020 from New Lebanon ohio location. Food arrived cold. Called to ask for a refund of... my 31 dollar order and they give me a 8 dollar credit towards next order. What a joke will never order there again Read more
We ordered from here and it was made within 15 mins. I had a 20 minute drive home and the food was still hot. This was the best... pizza and subs we have had in a long time. Everything about our dinner was perfect! Great job and will definitely be back! Read more
One of the worse.. pore customer service, was given the wrong order, and it had a food allergy issue on top of that. Laugh at... when I brought it back. The so called shift lead said they could remake it but would take 45 mins. Ridiculous it takes 3-5 daysto refund payment when they can take it in seconds. Was sent to the manger of the store and they didn?t even pick up the phone. Will never go here again and I will definitely be telling all my friends, family and people I know to stay away. Read more
