Had to try out the new location because I hadn't been yet. It was so great, my food was hot and fresh, and looked like the... photos, so I was pretty impressed. I got a nacho bell grande meal and that can really be hit or miss because some places justpile it full of dried up beans and not much else. Restroom was very clean and stocked. Read more
Ordered through door dash and I was missing food when it arrived. We drive there and the employee at the window with a smirk on... his face admits to completing the order and has the audacity to say he made sure he put all the food in there when he clearlydidn't. Even took the bag there to show them what was missing. Wouldn't look at my receipt or the bag or at least admit he madea mistake. Got a refund for the missing items but just done with this location. Underwhelming would be an overstatement for this establishment. I went here almost every weekend for the last two months because... I do enjoy thier coffee but every single time I was told that the coffee machine was broke. My opinion if your looking forsomething fast for breakfast just go to McDonald's its right next door and I've had zero issue with the service there. Read more
One out of our last three orders were right. Missing ingredients, no sauces asked for, or napkins when ordered at the drive... thru. These places are staffed with kids working their first jobs so double check your order is correct before leaving. Read more
Pretty disappointed in this location. Even after emailng Taco Bell, I still have not been satisfied. The emails they sent back... included them saying they will use the visual images for review and training of their employees. Like how does that help yourunsatisfied customer? I didn?t get all the ingredients on my cheesy Gordita crunch and the sauce I had to pay extra for wasbarely present. The person in the Taco Bell email stated I could come in and receive a new sauce. What good does that do if myfood isn?t even right. My 5 layer burrito soft shell was hard on the edges and gross. I had to add my own sour cream to make itedible. My Gordita crunch didn?t have cheese or lettuce, just meat and chipotle ranch, which was disgusting. Save your hardearned money for any other place in new Lebanon.
