We arrived shortly before the dinner crowd. We were immediately seated, but we're not acknowledged by a server for 5 minutes. (... They were not busy yet). When a server did arrive she asked if we being taken care of. There seemed to be confusion of somesort. She turned out to a competent server, nonetheless. However, the support staff was not very attentive nor helpful. Shesoon became over run with too many tables to serve People were waiting for silverware, with food already served.on theirtable. We saw food being brought to the wrong table; people waiting to get a check. We overheard people complaining of ordersbeing incorrect. It was not the type of atmosphere that you would want to experience when dining out. As far as the food, we hadburgers with fries. They were ok, though not a great value for the price. The house tap beers were fair. Bottom line is themanagement is responsible for this disappointing experience. The staff needs better training and the managers need to give moreoversight. Read more
I ate here for the first time on a Friday night with my husband and his family(8 people). We were greeted by a wonderful hostess... and our server Brenden was super friendly, helpful, and attentive! Easily one of the best servers I?ve ever had! He was patientand friendly as he helped us with the menu. The food was amazing with good prices and huge portions!!!! This place has been on my list ever since we moved to the area. I finally had a chance to visit and was thrown off by the recent... negative reviews. My friend and I both appreciated the community engagement on the review page and decided that any place thatgood with engaging with reviewers is worth visiting. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere is great, with nice music thatisn't too loud. The food was good (fish and chips and fish tacos). Their beer menu is extensive. The meal felt appropriatelycosted. The food just isn?t good anymore. This used to be a very popular bar because the food was good and they had great deals every... day. The outdoor area is great for when the weather warms up but they need a new chef desperately. Great location, bad food. Read more
The Brussel sprouts were really good, we ate them before anyone could take a picture ???? The clubhouse sandwich was pretty good... as well as the enchilada soup. We did not care for the hot sauce on the chicken & waffles, but the waffles & chicken weredecent. The avocado toast was really good too. Zach was our server & he did a great job... polite, checked on us regularly,didn't have to ask for a water refill. I did have an issue with their new manager Alex... He was rude, walked passed multipletimes, never checked on us once, not even a smile. He had a very negative demeanor and I watched him treat the staff poorly. Heshould retire. Not impressed at all. Long wait for a Thursday night with 12 open tables. Pizza just barely at the edible mark. Cream of chicken... soup would be better served as an all purpose adhesive. Read more
Got seated at the bar with zero wait on a Thursday night, kind and respectful bartender. Comfortable atmosphere, and service.... Had a couple pints, I would appreciate having some more again. While there is a surcharge during the pandemic, it came out toless than 25¢ while I was there, which I myself don?t mind Read more
Great food! Absolutely horrible service! Bartender gave us the wrong beer, then proceeded to argue with us that it was correct.... That same bartender ended up sitting down and drinking in the middle of our service, leaving only one bartender to take care ofa full bar. Someone broke a glass and it took over 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge it happened. Probably the worstservice I've had at a bar, to date. Read more
