Johnny was my server and when I say I loved being there because he made me laugh so much. He was amazing. The food was great. I... walked out not remembering his name and ran back and asked his name. I've never been so happy with the server and food. I'd rate10 stars of I could. You can tell he loves his job and it shows. So I would have liked to have given this place a higher rating (because I generally enjoy Chili's), but unfortunately my family... and I were met with some disappointment during our experience here. My mom and I ordered the Cajun Pasta, and while the flavorwas good, the pasta itself was overcooked and mushy. I'd also like to add that the person who gave us our food left thumbprintson the plates, which was unappetizing. On the bright side, our waitress was very friendly and the service was efficient. So my daughter found a good size maggot in her broccoli? I showed the waitress who told the manager. The manager said it was out... of her control the company that processes their vegetables is responsible. I was told this happens all the time. Okay, this is Chili's so it isn't exactly fine dining, but we had an excellent experience at this location. Because we were in... the bar and members of their loyalty program, we got free chips and salsa. They are also offering a drink, an appetizer and ameal for a special price. I ordered the steak to be medium and it actually showed up with a pink center. Our waitress was verygood. She was quick with refills and responsive to our requests. Read more
