Bad customer service. Wasnt greeted or even acknowledged. Not even a "your welcome after my thank you." Just straight staring at... her phone on the register. It felt very rude. Maybe some more customer service training would help who knows. Read more

Employee had a garbage attitude after taking 10 minutes to come to the counter so I left without ordering. Took her friends... before me, pretty sure they didn't pay. Not worth the wait. Read more
Took my grandchildren during their visit with us. Cashier was pushy as to how many donuts and then turned us over to someone... else for their choices. Since I had already paid cashier, their choices were limited. I was disappointed in the way it washandled. Read more
Coffee is good that's about it. The doughnuts suck even when fresh they get hard really fast they must use the junkiest cheapest... quality ingredients they can buy. All the food is zapped in microwave nothing is freshly made. It's not the same old DD it useto be American "Runs away"from Dunkin because the jacked the prices up so high. Needed to grab donuts for a team of guys before a meeting. The guy that helped me was by himself and managed to get me fresh... coffee boxes and the donuts while the place was extremely busy. Excellent service. Read more
