Numerous times that I've went there in the morning hours, the doors are locked. I pull on the door handle and the staff just... look with indifference. I just go to the other one in mokena. Unfortunately, most of our experiences here are one or more of the following: 1. Exceptionally slow 2. They're out of the... product 3. The iced tea has a strong hint of coffee taste (they must not drink tea or they would know it tastes wrong; doing aquick rinse before brewing tea doesn't get rid of the coffee taste). The Dunkin further east on Lincoln Highway in Mokena doesnot have the above issues nearly as often. Read more
They are always friendly to my extremely talkative child. They never ignore his hellos and always wave when he waves. It's now... become my son and i's once a week treat to get DD before school or summer camp. I like there French vanilla iced coffee andthere pumpkin spice lattes arnt bad. I missed their hot apple cider they always use to carry. There doughnuts are usually prettysoft but my go to would ethier be the avocado toast or a cheese and egg wake up wrap with hashbrowns. Their hashbrowns arealways crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Perfect to me but depends on your personal preference. Read more

Every time I come here my order is wrong. My hot coffee comes iced, there is literally just coffee and almond milk- no... flavoring, the coffee flavor is incorrect, or the coffee is watered down. Not to mention it takes forever to get just one cup ofincorrect coffee. I have wasted so much money and time coming to this location because it is close to home. NEVER AGAIN.Extremely disappointed.
