As truck drivers it's very hard for us to find a good and authentic Mexican restaurant and with possible parking, cuz it's not... easy with an 18 wheeler. I was attended in the drive thru by a Mayra, and all i can say is, she had the worst attitude, ripped my debit card right out of... my hand and proceeded to get mad when i asked her if i could add another item to my order which she charged me for and nevergave me, I would not recommend going when she?s working awful service from Mayra, shame on her and her disgusting attitude.Highly disappointed. Burrito was missing half ingredients. Just a veggie burrito, not a lot of avocado slices. Not sure what else was supposed to be... in it. Menu was confusing. Maybe 2 for the huge sized burrito. Customer service was great. Read more

Absolutely no flavor at all. From the rice,to the steak, even the hot sauce was very bland and super watered down. Stopped... eating here due to lack of flavor and figured we would give them another try. Never going back to any Burrito Loco again. Read more
