I'm handicap and put my own life in danger using my electric wheelchair on Rt. 30/Lincoln highway because I had no! Food! And... was very hungry and when I got there I was told they can't honor my reward points!!! I told the manager of my situation and shetold me we are not in n the business of giving out food for free... I will never again in my life time go to anotherMcDonald's!!! This place needs to train there employees properly, this is the 2nd time in a row that I go here, in the drive thru, on a Sunday... evening and they mess up my order. Last week, I ordered 6 meals and each # that I ordered, I had to constantly confirm andrepeat that it was a meal and not just a sandwich. (If I say give me a #4C medium size with a coke, I obviously want the mealand not just the sandwich!!!) When I got to the 1st window I asked, "everything I ordered are meals?" I just wanted to make surethey got my order correct, they responded saying, "yes, they are all meals" I paid and then proceeded to the 2nd window. Well itturns out they only charged me for 5 meals and a sandwich instead of 6 meals. I complained but was told I had to go back aroundin the drive thru or park and come inside to order the other drink & fries I wanted! Today, I went here again, in the drivethru, and ordered once again 6 meals all medium size. When I got to the 2nd window and received my order, they handed me allsmall sized drinks, I asked, "Are these medium size drinks because I ordered medium?" They said, "yes, they are medium!" andthen they closed the window. They clearly gave me small drinks because the cup even says it's small right on it!!! Foods normally great and the service is good but I do not recommend on the weekends when the high schoolers are working. They do... not care about the food and they consistently get the order wrong. They give old burnt food and when asked to take pickles andonions off they fail to do so not once but multiple times normally on Sundays I've had these problems. Read more
My daughter turned 2 and I was hard pressed to find a place where she could have fun and just be a kid. I spoke with Ronda and... she was so honest, available, helpful in getting the space prepared. All food was made to order as children arrived AWESOME NOCOMPLIMENTS. My parents were happy. No problems at all! The party was so great the kids were jumping around and having a greattime the WHOLE TIME! Ronda and ALL YOUR STAFF WERE SOOOOOO AWESOME! The cleaning crew were so nice. The host attendant was sopleasant and available she kept me on track which I so needed and appreciated. Trying to manage all the children and parents andmusic lol she saw me and just had the 10 happy meals ready to go and I so appreciated and needed the help. Please please pleasechange nothing it was an amazing experience and my daughter enjoyed her party so much all of her guest said they really weresurprised they could have so much fun at McDonald's. Ronda has a great location in New Lenox we traveled from Joliet, Chicago,Highland Park, Olympia Fields, and Hyped Park so there were many options for locations I could not be happier that we found NewLenox McDonalds on Maple! Food is to be as expected, whether you find that good or bad. The Playland is great and will occupy any kid for a bit. Appears... clean, which is the best you can hope for from these things. Secretly, I'm sure they are the source of COVID. Read more
