Horrible experience when trying to pick up catering. We have been ordering Portillos catering for 3 years now and never had an... issue until today. My pick up time was 2:15pm and I arrived at 2:20pm. When we arrived there was a bunch of employees at thecatering station and no one even asked if we needed help. I had to tell 3 different employees that we were picking up a cateringorder. Then 3 other people walked in and also had catering orders. Of course they employees started working on their orders andwe were just left there waiting until they got done with them first and then finally they got our started. Which doesn't makesense if my pick up time was at 2:15pm why wasn't my order ready when I arrived? We just left at 3pm with our order and no helpto carry the stuff out to our car. We spend over $300 dollars in catering and have to wait for our food when it should have beenready once we arrived. Will not be ordering for this location again. Read more
When I want to treat myself - Portillo's is my Go-To place. And they've Never disappointed me !!! The food is Good ? the flavor... lingers long after the meal has been demolished. Crowds do not discourage me because of what I anticipate...but if I happen tocatch them without a crowd - well that's just another treat/icing on the cake. ? Read more

On weekdays I usually place a phone in order to pick up for lunch on my overnight shift. I picked this up on my drive to work so... I calculate in estimated ETA of a 10 minute delay window. The phone order was easy to place. But when I got there I waited anadditional 27 minutes to receive my food after the anticipated pick up time. This delay made me late for work. My grilledchicken and beef sandwiches were cold, my extra dressing was missing and my large beef sandwich was only a regular beefsandwich. I spoke to the manager on duty to get my order resolved and all I got was a bunch of excuses and my extra dressing. When I got to work and my meal break came around. I literally found that my chop salad was about half full. I spent just under$30 for a lunch meal. I will never visit this restaurant again. Read more
I paid a lot for sub par food. The Italian beef sandwich was very bland. The cheddar and beef croissant was very mushy and soggy... but still tasted good. The fries were limp. And the gravy bread was also bland. The onion rings were pretty okay. Oh and theycalculate their own tip into your bill. They call it a service fee. So you?re forced to tip. I would have tipped larger if itwasn?t already added to the bill. Read more
This used to be a clean place, but I guess the labor shortage is finally catching up to them too. The picture with dust sitting... there can not be just from the dust that day. It looks to me that the dust has been gathering for at least a couple of days.Food is still tasty, but cleaness matters too, especially in an area that is widely used by everyone. Read more
If I had one complaint it would be this place is too darn busy, especially the drive thru, forget it. Other than that, what?s... not to like about this place. The burger are fantastic never mind the hot dogs, best in the country! I used to love theirgarbage salad, would get one almost every day. When they stopped making them, I stopped going. I was disappointed to say theleast. The cakes are great, so are the shakes. Salads are all good as well but I no longer eat them after they discontinued thegarbage salad. I don?t eat beef sandwiches but I?ve heard these are great too. Fries are decent. This location is very clean asare the washrooms. Great staff, nothing but good things coming here. Read more
Ordered something different than the norm, absolutely loved the flavors and old school spices, stopped in during a busy lunch... rush. Ordering was a bit long with the cashier, we purchased the 50$ gift card and received an additional 10$ card to use onour next visit.. Food took around 15 min with the amount of patrons and drive thru wrapping around the parking lot. Italian beefwas great, double dipped for flavor, melted cheese on top for the ultimate experience. Chessburger was also well cooked with theproper toppings.. Garden dog was good as it contained the Chicago style toppings. Tamale with chili was unexpectedly delicious,hearty portions with onions and cheese. Fries had the right amount of crunch and salt. Onion rings were a bit overcooked, madethem difficult to eat at times only thing we did not finish, overall had a great experience, looking forward to tryingadditional items off the menu..????
