Well, let's see.....some time ago, our sandwiches were completely wrong. We were given coupons for free sandwiches! Ok great! We... decided to go back this past Sunday, through the drive thru....we order, receive our sandwiches, and completely wrong again! Wego inside to tell the workers our sandwiches were incorrect, we get a snarky attitude from the kid working the counter! However,they remake the sandwich. Food was really good especially the Oreo shake. Service was a bit odd and was difficult to understand the ordering process. ... all the employees have headsets on and you're not sure if they're talking to you or on the headset or what's going on. For thefirst few minutes it was hard to even get I contact to get their attention. Really just felt like they didn't have a manager oranybody running the show. Read more
Disappointed. Ordered sandwich at drive thru. Person at window never asked me what I wanted on it so I assumed they fixed them... all the same. Got home with a dry sandwich with nothing on it but a couple slices of meat and a slice of cheese. Read more
