I was greeted warmly on each visit to this starbucks location. The baristas were informative and patient.
Fast service...high prices...but my daughter likes the iced tea choices..
It's unacceptable for any coffee shop to open at 0900. This says they open at 0600, but when you walk in, one of the employees... will tell you that they don't open until 0900. Otherwise, great service, great coffee. Read more
Love love love Starbucks. This one doesn't have a drive through though because it is inside Jewel.

I'm not sure if the baristas are trained in this fashion, or if they are all just rude and inefficient. There can be a line,... and they will not look up, acknowledge or take any orders until their cleaning/chores are done first. This has happened to meseveral times, so I have given up going to this Starbucks. Today there were 2 baristas, one cleaning a coffee pot, one gettingice... while 4 people waited in line for over 10 mins. I ended up leaving, as I was the last in line and no one was beinghelped. Here's a idea: fill the ice and clean when there are no customers! At the very least, stop staring at the ground andand say 'I'll be with you in a moment'. Use common sense. Read more
Friendly service. I believe the people who work there try however my drink for $6 didn't really have a lot of flavor it was a... mocha Frappuccino affogato. Too much ice too much water not enough coffee flavor. Which is a mocha Frappuccino with espressoDropped In after it's Blended.. I don't have a photo to show.
