One of the worst experiences in my life. I literally had to come to this place more than 3 times in one night. I understand that... staffing is low across all different aspects of jobs but at least take pride in what you do. I made an online order and when Iarrived food was ready, I specifically asked: Is my food fresh, the young lady replied ?yes? I get home and my chalupa?s are ashard as a rock. I bring back the food and ask for gordita crunch with chicken and something told me to check it but I didn?t, Iget all the way home there?s no chicken it?s beef. I come back again ask to speak with a manager but no one was there at thetime. I spoke with Michael who was extremely apologetic and assured me he would make my food and get it right. To my surprise itwas indeed right but the only issue was my third gordita crunch had a long piece of hair which looked like it belonged to theyoung lady who took my order and messed it up the first 2 times. Whoever is reading this; the incident in question took placeon 10/24/2022 at 11:29:33pm and was finally resolved by Michael at approximately 10/25/2022 at 12:35pm. Order number 961529. Theyoung ladies need to wear hair nets around the food and need to focus on the tasks at hand. I have lived in New Lenox almost2yrs and this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Has to be one of the worst tasting tacos I have ever had, In my hole life I have never tasted tacos like this . " and not... typical of Taco Bell" I literally after tasting one forced my self to eat more and was later sorry the meat tasted weird, like aspoiled taste. I have never in all my years tasted such a delicate yet assertive cornucopia of flavors. It is said that perfection only exists... in concept. However my friends I suggest everyone who wants to truly experience all that this life offers come and indulge everysense in the experience that is Taco Bell. Read more
This Taco Bell and the one in Frankfort seem especially hard hit by staffing, resourcing, etc since the pandemic. At my most... recent visit, the POS system was down, so I was asked to come in and use the self-serve kiosk instead. Staff were standingaround, not offering help with the kiosk (which they presumably should have time for since they weren't taking ordersthemselves) and my take out lunch was cold before I even got home. We'll pass on this until we hear that quality and servicehave improved. Too many options out there to pay for something sub-par. Read more
I waited an hour and sum thing min. My bag was soaked from the bottom. All the food was soaked. From how long it was sitting on... the counter. Excuse was they couldn?t find me. I was the only beige truck. Right in front of Taco Bell. After the hour and summin. Received my order and was still missing an item. To then waiting more then 5 less then 10min. This was literally horrible.They didn?t even have a line. I ordered my food ahead by using door dash and they still took an hour and something min. Like areyou serious. no line. Pple we?re waiting pero it was like less than 5 vehicles. Literally horrible. Do better. idk if they wereshort staffed. Pero waiting an hour. Order incorrect more than not. They wrap everything in the same wrapper so it's hard to tell what you have when exiting drive... thru. Instead of making to order they try and scrape off what you don't want resulting in a sandwich with a lot scraped off,even the ingredients you want....in other words they do a lazy job of making your meal...and frequently they get it completelywrong. I mean it?s Taco Bell so my expectations aren?t high in the first place? but For some reason the beans at this location are... ALWAYS dry? please add some water if they are getting too thick. My Mexican pizza kept falling apart bc of the dry beans. Thankgoodness I was able to doctor them up at home in my air fryer! Oh yeah they messed up my order too? thank goodness I check myMexican pizzas before I got too far. They were made with beef when I ordered veggie?so glad I found out before I spent the 15min to get home. Still having to turn around to fix the issue was annoying too ???????????. Worst taco bell ever. The cashier at the window had very dirty hands, like he just got done working on his car or something. The... wait time was like 10 minutes, if not longer. The rice inside my burrito was undercooked, and the ingredients weren't spreadout, all the chicken was one side of the burrito, and none of my items were wrapped right.
