Terrible service. Drive through attendant never even looked at me and only spoke to state my total. The manager standing behind... them didnt look friendly either. Plus my food was sloppy, falling apart, and not hot. Total waste of time and money. Sadly, theworst white castle experience I've had. Read more
It's been a while since I was here last but it's like they had way less food options. We went in around 10 PM and were unable... to order a few of the Non-Normal items because they had already "turned off that grill". It's not like they are trying toprevent cross contamination for allergies. You can cook on ANY grill. Don't put it on the menu or add a note if you don't wantto make it late. Read more
First problem at this location and my last. Empty parking lot and drive thru, just before 11am. Very slow! Took my money and... that was that. I waited at the window- nothing. Drove to the next window saw someone there - nothing. So I went inside, 1 manwaiting....I was ignored until finally a lady walked to the counter. I wanted my money back, she never spoke a word. Got keysand gave my refund without a word. I have frequented this location many times and never experienced an issue. I counted 4 peoplebehind the counter, even if they were short handed customer service should be found. Read more

220615 _ The Photo and prices are from June 15, 2022. _ It's White Castle. _ I was craving some Sliders and Chicken Rings and... The Crave Case and Large Order hit the spot. _ The Sliders were good. _ The Rings were ... alright, could've been better. _ TheService was okay and quick enough for a large order. _ The drive through is a bit tight when I had to pull up to the 2nd windowto wait and the customers behind me had to cut sharp to not rear end my car, but it all worked out. _ I do recommend thislocation from this experience. _ (Like this Review ^) Read more
