9 times out of 10 my experience is great. Fresh food, hospitable & nice employees. Every once in a while the fries won't taste... fresh but I've had that happen at every McDonald's & it happens less at this one. Read more
Order incomplete, missing 2 orders of fries, paid for, 15 mins after we were done eating burgers we got fries, quarter pound... cheeseburger value meal had exactly 20 fries. My double cheeseburger had 2 tops for buns and half of cheese was on wrapper andbarely wrapped. This place is a joke. I will never go to mcds again. The girl working at the window at 3:15pm was very incompetent. We waited in the drive-thru line for about half an hour. The lady... who took the order gave the wrong price. Pretty clueless employees. Worst service I've ever had at a McDonalds. Read more
Over a hour before close. Machines are already down for cleaning. The door to the gas station is already down. Which is wrong... being as this location shares a restroom with the gas station. My handicapped grandpa in a wheelchair has to walk outside in therain and around thru the gas station side then back into McDonald?s. Trash location. Read more
Gas station McDonald's usually are unpleasant for me but this one was an exception. Clean and comfortable seating. Friendly, ... patient employees. Food came out hot and the fries were crispy. This is absolutely the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to in my entire life. I have always heard bad things about it but I... have gone back time and time again because I needed a quick meal on the way to work. I went to the new lisbon location. Ordered 2 #1s an both sandwiches was cold an the fries you could tell was redropped, they was... brown soggy salty an cold. When i called not even 10mins later to make my complaint i was rudly hung up on by manager 6times anwhen i tried to get a name to who i was talkin to the very unprofessional lady flat out told me her name wasnt my concern anthat she didnt have to tell me her name. I wanted a refund so i could take my children somewhere else to eat an she only wantedto put my name dwn to receive coupons in the mail. I will not return.
