They don't use gloves or masks. Dirty and run down. The staff is generally nice but they should care more about sanitation. The... drinks always taste weird I believe the machines need to be thoroughly cleaned. Read more
BEWARE! THEY STEAL CARD INFO! I SAW A YOUNG TEEN LOOKING & HOLDING MY CARD WAAYYY AFTER THE ORDER WAS PAID & I KNOW THIS BECAUSE... I GET A NOTIFICATION! LAST NIGHT: 7/26/22 ...I waited 25 minutes for two burgers and two fries even though I used the mobileapp. (which is supposed to make it faster) but with you guys there is no such thing. I hate my Burger King location they areslow and get confused so much. Then they tried telling me that I had a $71 dollar order and I had to pay it when it was thewrong customer. We were heading out of town and in kind of a hurry. Stop for a quick bite. Ordered our normal cheese free food because all of us... have a dairy allergy. Got our order and hit the road. When the bag was opened it was completely the wrong order. There were even2 orders of cheddar jalapeno bites! I was given no receipt so I couldn't go back in a few hours to get my money back. Not exactly what I'd like to spend $10.99 on. Smallest amount of mayo with wilted lettuce I had to pick off before taking this... pic. I had to spread out pickles and tomatoes because they were stacked. Window worker didn't say hi or acknowledge us and justtook the card without repeating total. Got food there today around 2pm. It's not 6pm I haven't eaten anything else today and for the past hour I felt the come up to... being sick, five minutes ago I walked out of the bathroom throwing up your food. Don't know what was wrong with my food but mygirlfriend's was fine and I try to eat something else and I still feel sick.. great. Thanks alot Future Update. My girlfrienddecided to get food here and look at this Whopper JR it was old, and looked as if they just microwaved it. Was only person in line and they wanted me to move up but they always mess up my Order. manager came up and started screaming... and cursing and said order canceled leave I wanted a receipt of it because it was on my card she continues to curse me out thengives me the food that actually wasn?t canceled properly would of drove off and not receive my money back.
