Food was good. Disappointed they did away with some of their offerings that were cost effective and like everywhere their prices... went up but waiter was great and we enjoyed ourselves. I always have a much better experience here when I dine in because theirtake out service is awful. Read more
I can't comment on the food. We were never greeted at the front door despite standing there with many other customers for more... than ten minutes, and despite being glanced at by several waitstaff. Finally gave up and left. The waitstaff are all congenialwith one another, which is nice to see. Read more
I used to love Chili's for their chips , tacos, etc. My kids love it because you can get a drink, appetizer,and meal for 10... bucks, and mom says ok because I don't go broke trying to feed my children. The one thing that is my biggest pet peeve is thebrown nasty looking avocado that they try to put on your sandwich. There is nothing worse and unappetizing. Covid and now lackof workers. I came in and so many open seats, but people had to wait to sit to eat because honestly there weren't enoughworkers. It's a very sad situation. We had to wait, and we did, but honestly, we don't know why we did because the food wasterrible. My daughter didn't like her meal. It was very greasy and asked for a hamburger instead. If you look around the placeis messy,lack of staff and tons of people waiting to eat. Honestly, it's not worth at all to eat out at all. I got home to eat ahamburger..not edible. I watched ten bucks for a meal that we just threw out. This is the story at almost every place recently. Stay home and eat. I'm a glutton for punishment. Try , try again. It makes my kids happy. Not bad this time, but I got achuckle. I ordered a salad with a ranch. I told the lady about my allergies. I'm just about to put dressing on my salad whenshe says she just remembered that the dressing has some of my allergies in it. So, she brought me out a ranch but charged me forit. Smh. This is probably my all time favorite chillis restaurant! I come here all the time! Very friendly staff. Very clean... environment, and they really do pay attention to detail. They are usually improving which is a good sign and shows that theycare! I will definitely continue to support this place by coming to eat here! Thank you, keep doing a great job. Read more
This last time that we were there the food was kind of disappointed, the wings were not the flavor it was supposed to be... (habanero)and both tasted like BBQ sauce. We were set at the bar area and we saw our waitress/bartender only 3 times. The othertimes that we have been there the service was good but this time it sucked.
