Not the first bad experience. I've had bad salmon and gotten sick- mostly they just serve cold food and either can't get the... order right or can't make it right. In today's case- the tomatoes weren't the slices they were a sprinkling of diced crud. Iactually brought sliced tomatoes from home and 2 slices of swiss because every time i ask for extra i never get it. And ps extraswiss is like $1.29 or something stupid. I also paid the extra $1 for onion rings and got 1 large-ish one and 2.5 baby sizedones- cold and mushy btw.... furthermore paid extra for vanilla cream for my daughter's french toast and got this tiny thing ofit but a huge thing of butter and some syrup which she won't eat anyways. Staff was beyond nice. Extremely long wait times for everything and they were out of just about everything. I think I got the... last of the syrup. It was a late breakfast/early lunch and we were in there over 2 hours. Easily would have been a 1 starreview if the staff wasn't so pleasant. Read more
We showed up at 10:45 am and walked in the front door to be instantly greeted with, "We can't seat you. We aren't seating people... if you're not on the wait list." Their were roughly three groups waiting to be seated and empty tables everywhere. The host wasone of the rudest individuals I've encountered in quite some time and this is our second run in with this young man beingextremely rude and unfriendly. While we enjoy the food, this was our second time waking away from here hungry and speechless sowe will not be trying them again. The management at this specific location really needs to take some customer service classes sothey can better train their employees. Read more
Only when I eat inside the restaurant will the food be of good quality but when I do take out not only is it in horrible... condition and missing the bacon I paid $4 more for but when I asked to speak to the manager she called me a lier and hungup This is what I paid $40 for Read more
The outside entrance is littered with trash, get inside half the seating is empty and they give you a 20-30 wait. One whole side... of the restaurant was empty, only to end up waiting 30 minutes to be seated there anyway. Staff is polite but not efficient. Read more
Worst breakfast ever. I ordered eggs Benedict and my eggs were fried instead of poached and the English muffin was so burnt I... couldn?t even cut it. Hush puppies were so hard could barely break them open. Hash browns were so greasy. Service was horrible.Never was offered a refill on my coffee. I see that delivery with Denny?s is not like I thought it would be, I ordered bananas for my strawberry pancakes paid for it... didn?t come with it !!!????? Bananas come with my other order you see there is none and that?s the main ingredient lol I don?tknow how they forgot bananas on both orders. Food and atmosphere is classic Denny's, and that is a good thing! I'm sad that Denny's are dying off because where else can you... get the best hash browns and other yummy classics after 9:00 p.m.? Service was excellent; server was very nice andaccommodating. Food was yummy. Sadly there were not many customers and that doesn't bode well for the future of this gem. Read more
