One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever endured. My 1st time coming to this Dunkin donuts since I do not live... in Connecticut period from the beginning the woman on the drive thru speaker speaking to me with an attitude and unpleasant asif she was upset she had to be at work. Have my children in the vehicle and as I was asking them what they would like to eat shegoes ahead and Asks me if I was speaking to her because I'm mumbling. Then she proceeds to indirectly rushe and rush my order. Iasked for no cheese on my step daughters sandwich, it came with cheese. I asked for a signature caramel latte for my son, shegives me attitude and said I never said which latte I wanted. If your going to be unpleasant with customers, then its betterjust to shut down.
