For an inner-city McDonald's, they are one of the best I have been to. They take care of the kids getting out of high-school in... the afternoon, and the local customers like they really care about their community. The local McDonald's here in Waterford is typically pretty good, although wait times at the drive-thru do get a bit long... sometimes. The McDonald's on Colman St in New London is the best in the area for speed, accuracy of orders and temperature ofthe food. If I "could" give any McDonald's 5 stars, the Colman St location would get 5 stars. I just can't bring myself to giveany McDonald's 5 stars. Read more
Ordered these with NO whipped cream & literally had to yell at the girl making them to get her to not put any on the first one.... Then was pulled to the next door to wait for the other one & the receipt said no whip. Get the 2nd one & it has whip. Badcostumer service- basically you get whatever they want to give you. Apparently everyone there is illiterate & cannot read ascreen to prepare an order. Read more
99.9 % of McDonalds are presented in a good light. This one in New London CT is no exception. Play land for kids is wiped down... frequently One of the managers has been there forever it seems. That says a Lot . Read more
11:00 pm on 11/19/22 the line was around the building and this crew was knocking out orders faster than I've ever seen. Awesome... job to that crew! I hope someone let's them know what an awesome job they were doing. Read more
