Complete Gem located in New London, Connecticut! I searched vegan and bam 1 place in my area that was fully vegan and it was... amazing!!!! I can't say enough good things about this place. Found in Google maps searching for vegan food on the way from NY to Mystic and... so glad we stopped. The selection of vegan food is insane! And it is amazing. Great teas, coffee and desserts too. Big andcomfortable interior. And the owner and staff were super nice. You can buy swag too. My sister and I came here, she visits frequently and I've been here a few times now. Love to have healthy plant based options... where there are otherwise no other option really! This place is a gem. I got the lavender latte without espresso and it wassooooo yummy. I also got the monk bowl and the hydrator smoothie (watermelon and chia seeds etc) everything was so delicious andrefreshing and healthy ????????thanks Rob for the knowledge on teas and the medicinal benefits of the ingredients! Coffee was really good, the energy ball we had was sooo good I would love to know how they prep the dates because they had a... wonderful caramel taste and texture. Scone & meatloaf were great too. The 1 let down was the chocolate cake. Unfortunately itwas dry & a bit hard. I give it 4 stars because it was my first visit & I haven't tried everything. Read more
Vegan Restaurant Discovery, Right Path Organic Cafe! The deeper in I get, the easier it becomes. Today I had a ?Perspective... Bowl?, made with rice, black beans, ?jack cheese?, pick de gallo,?sour cream?, avocado served on greens and carrots. This is my favorite restaurant in New London county. They never disappoint! They catered my surprise party several years ago and... even the carnivores found something tasty. They have daily specials Tues-Sat and their taco Tuesdays are amazing! My go-toregular meals are the perspective bowl, Sun burger (you must eat it with the homemade onion bread) and their homemade kalechips. Here is a picture of their vegan quesadillas. So good! I go here as often as possible! I am always blown away at the quality and the flavor of the food. I have been vegan for 5 years... and I can say that this is one of my favorite restaurants I?ve ever been to. It?s so nice to have a local vegan restaurant asgood as this one. I recommend this place to my non-vegan friends and family and everyone is obsessed. Pictured: lion?s manemushroom steak, tostadas, Caesar salad and veg soup, chili and cornbread (my favorite). THIS IS A VEGAN OASIS if you find yourself in the area!! Although I'm more of a comfort foodie vegan and less of a health food... vegan, I was satisfied with the extensive menu options. The prices are fair for the quality of the food offered, and the spaceis gorgeous and relaxing. I tried many different menu items over the course of two meals and was never unhappy with my purchase.I did find some fuzzies and a (pet?) hair in my food more than once, and the cleanliness of the bathroom could have beenmaintained better, but I really did Love this place. My favorite part was honestly the vegan message board with posted messagesof animal rights advocacy and the "Gratitude: FREE" menu option; it's the little things. :) Read more
