Middle of the day and we ordered burgers and our burgers were cold. Not happy!
Food was great and, of course, the root beer. Fast service in spite of being understaffed.

Even though they're short staffed food is always hot and delicious. Drinks are cold and amazing (best root beer). Ice cream and... shakes are better then any other fast food type place. Sizes are unbelievable. A large shake is actually large unlikeMcDonald's. I've been coming here a several times a week for 8 months or so and I've never had bad food. The staff shows amazingcustomer service as well. Its not easy being constantly short staffed and be able to have great customer service and amazingfood. Read more

They have improved a lot. Even though like most of the fast food place in the area they are short handed, the food was served... quickly, hot, and tasty. The young man at the register was polite even though the lady in line in front of us was making hislife a little difficult. Read more
THE WORST A&W I have ever been too. They couldn?t get their polar swirl sizes right and when I ordered the chicken strips I got... knock of cut up chicken patties!!!! Plus I went through 2 times asking for cookie dough and they did not have a single piece ofcookie dough in my polar swirl!!! DON?T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Read more
Ordered 2 chili dogs and a medium French fries. To our surprise we received 2 small hot dogs with the skimpiest toppings I've... ever seen. Just sufficed to be called a chili dog. The fries were barely enough to get a taste. Wouldn't have been worth openinga ketchup pack, which we didn't get. Also no other condiments. We also received but 2 napkins total. The medium root beer had afull container of ice so you could barely taste any flavor. This is not a business that is worth returning to!! Would notrecommend. Read more
