Rachel at drive thru is so nice. Buns on burgers were hard.
Grabbed breakfast. Good sandwiches, hashbrowns tasted off.... maybe burnt grease not sure
Rude lady manager there wasn?t any Carmel, chocolate, or pretzels in our McFlurries she insisted that it was in the middle,... before I took them back inside I scooped the spoon to see if that was what they did , nothing but ice cream So took them insidewhere she proceeded to say that it was in the middle? I told her no, they aren?t even close looking like I?ve had bought thembefore so she rudely made to fresh ones and then rudely states that everything was in the middle again and tells me in a Rudenasty manner ? The fries were like cardboard, we couldn't eat them. The cheese burgers were horrible too. Nobody has accountability anymore.
Why even do the mobile app if you?re always having problems with it? Ordered and it automatically went to curbside pickup, but... then when I pulled up, not only were the spaces blocked off but my order was immediately canceled by the store because they?re?closed?. If you?re closed, you should clearly state that somewhere outside and not accept orders on the app (or have the appoperational) to begin with. Wasted my time. Honestly, this place gets worse and worse by the month. Always something. It needsto be torn down and something else be put in. Read more
