Some of the rudest venue staff I've ever had the displeasure of working around. From the kitchen to the bar, they've got some... real gems working there. Staff aside, the AC couldn't keep up with the crowd, and it wasn't an overly big wedding. Decor alsofalls flat. It looks like they pulled the cubicles out of the office, hung a chandelier and called it good. There are manybetter event venues in the Valley. Read more
Everything you get here is amazing. The service is truly awesome. At one point the owner delivered our food with a uplifting... message, because she remembered that my wife had a hard day. Absolutely worth every penny. Read more

Our family went for Easter Brunch and by the time we went up to get our food, everything was dried out and picked over. They... hardly brought fresh food out. The chicken was really good if you were fortunate to get a piece before it was gone. Read more
Drinks were pricy, $6.50 for mix drinks and sodas were $2 for a glass. We were there for the Sunday brunch which was great.... There was so many choices from fruit to veggies to eggs ( omelets made the way you wanted) to ham, chicken and everything inbetween.. There were too many of the errors and issues with our time at Crystal Falls as a restaurant, the place was short-staffed with... only one person being the bartender and server. We didn't get condiments until the server came around midway in our meal. Wedidn't get a refill on our drinks when our food was out and by the time I got a refill, I was already done eating my meal. Wewaited for nearly a good 20-30 minutes for the server to hand us the bill, only for it to overcharge us 20 dollars on items wedid not order whatsoever. I do not recommend eating here for the purpose of dining in. Read more
Family friendly - they have dining in the backroom which can be hard to tell by first glance in the door. While we were there... for tacos, their menu options are pretty extensive and sound delightful. Looking forward to coming back another night to givetheir premium menu items a go. Read more
