The restaurant was very clean. People very friendly. Pizza was horrible. Dry as could be. No flavor. Never again.

I think its ridiculous I am being charged a delvery of the amount the regular delivery fee is even though the place is only two... blocks away. I have not used my points but they arent there and the fact that a coupon code wont work online and they are stillnot giving the discount is extremely frustrating! I would have walked or drove id I wasnt septic. Read more
*update: problem has been resolved. I?m hopeful my next experience with the store with be better. Willing to give it another... shot.* Kid that answered the phone was rude and they don?t deliver to the Royalton gas station anymore. I asked him to pleasecancel my order (305pm today) and he said we don?t deliver there, they stopped months ago and hung up. No I?m sorry orconfirmation he would cancel my order. Read more
Worst customer service ive ever had in my life from a so called "manager"!!! Completely rude and cutting me off over the... phone... Then hangs up on me... Then in the store refused to give me his name... And looks at me and says "do you want your foodor not?" After i told him how unprofessional he was being and refusing to give me his name to report him!!! Read more
Ordered two large pizzas one was a Philly cheese steak and the other was a extravaganza. We got them home and the Philly was ok... but the extravaganza was bad. It tasted moldy and not right. We called the store and the girl said it was a special ingredientto make it taste that way. So we took the pizza back to the store and one of the male employees started to argue with me . I'veworked in the food industry and one rule is the customer is always right . I asked for the corporate number he said to go online I then asked for the owners number and was told I couldn't have it . I will not be returning to that store especially whenan employee says it's a special ingredient. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this store. Read more
Ordered a pan pizza and a large thin crust? thin pizza was ok albeit a little over done. Pan style was completely under cooked ,... completely raw dough in the middle ? called to see if they would send a replacement after some confusion they said yes .. waited all night for new pizza to show ?. Never showed. It?s too bad, we would have tipped the driver again . Horriblebusiness.. not going to last long if they keep this up ?. Update?. Sent you an email with contact info and guess what?.
