The employees need to have a real training how to make coffee, you ask for the coffee and give it to you like black coffee, and... you like where is the coffee I ordered. Need to learn how make it. Read more

Dunkin is dunkin and they maintain their quality and standard of food served throughout all their outlets. This one is located... next to a gas station. I like the place however, the rest was in a bad shape. A little bit of cleaning and maintenance wouldhave been a lot better. Read more

It's a gas station Dunkin, service is usually quick and decent. Coffee is good, food is microwaved mediocrity.

Same variety of donuts as other stores but the two young men who served us were extra pleasant and helpful. A little tricky... getting into the location. Read more

This location has gone extremely downhill over the past couple of months. A lot of the employees are lacking customer service... skills, have an inability to take your order properly through the drive through, and end up making the order incorrectly most ofthe time anyway. The other day I ordered a pumpkin spice hot signature latte and they didn?t put the whipped cream or topping onit. Today I attempted to order a nutty pumpkin iced coffee, first of all, are the employees even familiar with their own menu?Because it sure sounded like she had never heard of the item that?s literally on the menu board. They were out of pumpkin(totally ok!) so I got just the hazelnut flavor but they didn?t put cream in it nor did they even ask. Bold of me to assume theycould make a drink the same way minus the pumpkin flavor, because on the app it says it gets cream. At the speaker they said thetotal was $6.65 but then at the window they said $7.65 so idk what?s up with that. My BIGGEST complaint is their inability toserve decaf when you ask for it. I am pregnant and have been ordering decaf because higher caffeine content makes me sick. Ofcourse, i don?t know if it?s regular or decaf until I get sick! They always throw the donuts in the bag so they?re a mess andsticking together with icing half missing once it stuck to the inside of the bag. If you order a sandwich it?s 50/50 if it?sgoing to be burnt. I?m very tired and frustrated with this location as I?ve been a regular here for over a year now. I don?tlike to complain or be a ?Karen? and always give the benefit of the doubt but at this point this is just ridiculous. It reallyis. Read more

As a fellow dunkin employee who stopped in for coffee on a road trip: new hire, you were right, do not sell a customer a... doughnut that you dropped frosting side down on the counter. Another employee told her to sell a dropped doughnut anyway unlesscustomer asks for a new one ? no!! Lol. Also maybe don?t say that in front of a customer in line. I know how it can be to workat dunkin and this is not normal protocol. Very weird that employees are being told to sell damaged food. Coffee was good herethough and girl on register was sweet. The service when you go in the morning on weekdays, is one of the best times to go I have figured out throughout my visits. A... nice lady named Burgandy always makes my drinks and food, its delicious everytime! So whenever i go I always ask for her and youall should too! The only downside is going during the evening and weekend days, the people that work evening are rude andinconsistent. The Manager especially. The way he talks and speaks to his customers is bland and sarcastic, he gives everycustomer attitude as I saw when I stayed and sat down to eat the food that was poorly made. As well as hearing constant dramaand attitude from the evening shift crew. None of those crew members as well as the Manager can make the drinks taste as good asthe morning weekday shift. Let alone make them as good as the sweet lady Burgandy. I suggest they fix things in regards of theevening and weekend workers, because its overwhelmingly aware that they get nothing done and just sit and gossip. So go duringthe morning and during a weekday! They may be a little short staffed sometimes but the drinks Burgandy makes as well as her creware well worth it. Read more
