They always seem to leave something out in my morning orders. Friendly faces but the quality control is not very good.

Did not get breakfast sandwiches that we ordered. Instead received a bacon egg cheese biscuit and the bacon was sparse and... burnt. Aweful. Read more
We had a band party after our first performance. Me and a friend got drinks and walked out to the car, then realized we forgot... to refill our drinks. within 2 min of leaving from eating inside, we went back in to get our drinks then leave. instead, wetouched the machine and then got scolded for trying to refill our drinks while not "in lobby dining," even though we had beeninside for the past hour and tried to explain our situation. definitely dislike this manager now. If I could give it less than one star I would. Stopped in with my son to grab something to eat. The place is filthy. Almost... every chair and table is covered in food and trash. The employees are spending more time goofing around than working. The fliescrawling around everywhere really are a nice touch too. Read more

The remodel of the New Martinsville McDonald's is pitiful. It is blah, boring and quite honestly depressing. While a LEO I have... seen jail and prison visiting area's more vibrant and inviting. It seems that the general idea was to eliminate any warmness andmake it as less inviting as possible. Incredibly they have succeeded. Then there is the seating and it's total lack ofcomfortableness.
