Literally didn't get anything correct . 5 orders and all were wrong. Are they special?
The staff are all local people. Efficient & courteous. Bring back the chocolate cookie with the chocolate chips.

Burgers were raw and the fries were cold in all 3 meals. We ordered $30 in food and was refused any dipping sauces because we... didn't order the nuggets. The lady was rude about the whole situation as well. We have had several incidents at this locationand we will NOT be back! Read more
I don't know what is wrong with you people but I haven't been to Wendy's for at least 6 months and when I was there I ordered a... single with extra cheese and a hot fry and when I went to eat my food out in the parking lot the food was very cold heck thecheese was no where close to being melted fries were cold and old also so needless to say I will NEVER go back to the one in NewMartinsville WV. If I want Wendy's I will get it in Columbus, Ohio because at least their food is very HOT, maybe you shouldsend your employees to Columbus, Ohio to show them how to serve hot food. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Three stars for friendly service, quick service and price. Rarely comment on fast food restaurants but I have to mention... the$5.00 grab meal. I really wasn't very hungry therefore didn't make sense to spend alot. Seen the$5.00 grab meal and triedit. Nice little meal for the price. Check it out. Read more
Wait in drive-thru was about 10 minutes. Fries were warm-ish and Baconator didn't have any mayo or ketchup, just plain.
