Burger was good but the fries were not hot or salted enough. Room for improvement. Root beer is solid as always.

I ordered a bacon double and a medium fry. The kid taking the order could have told me they don?t sell medium fries. Oh well. My... truck has a flat down the road so as I?m walking back I eat the fries which was a reg. Still not knowing they don?t have amedium. I get into my truck and realize it?s a single bacon. I call and they tell me they can fix the order or give me a refundbut I need to bring back the food to have it fixed. I tell the person on the phone that it?ll be an hour because I?m waiting onthe repair guy to show up. I make it back about hour and change. The kid at the counter (tie dyed hoodie long hair pulled up ina bun) snatches the bag I go to hand him. He says what?s wrong and I tell him I?m the one that called about the double. He takesit back and they put a new patty on the old burger and try to pull it off like that?s ok. I go right back in and ask if they putan new patty on the old burger and the kid yells back to the ?manager? person who cooking and says ?we have someone complainingabout their food.? The person in the back tells up ?It?ll be 10-15 min if he wants a fresh burger.? The kid relays theinformation and says ?if you want it fresh and you can wait then I guess we can make you a new one.? It?s been 10 min and I?mwriting this review while listening to the hoodie kid talk super condescending to every customer that goes to the counter. Iwould be embarrassed if I owned this location. Don't bother stopping here the food was nasty burgers were old and overcooked. The fries were cold... Avoid this place at all... cost.. Not the A&W we all love and know. Read more
Food was decent, fast food and smaller sizes than the signage but it's probably "shrinkflation" where things cost more but you... get less. I often stop for gas here when traveling through because it's much cheaper than McCall just a few minutes away. Rootbeer float was amazing. Read more
Customer service was great, food was okay, price was insane for a fast food place. One combo and a burger over $22.00 I mean the... burgers are super thin, small fries, I feel like they are taking advantage of their location being not a lot of options. Read more
Never disappointed. Always fresh and hot food. I have never had a bad meal here. I highly recommend trying if you are coming... through the area with an appetite. Read more
You'd better get it right when you are the only game in town for a restaurant. And these folks sure do. Correctly made and hot.... Massively expensive though. Read more
