I had ordered my food through DoorDash and was ready to pick it up but my food wasn?t ready for some reason. Apparently the... computers were down and they were packed. There were two kids in particular (I wish I got their names) that asked me immediatelyif I needed help and made my order right then so I could get my food. Great employees. Absolutely massacred my burrito. The individual helping me spilt the tortilla twice, then dumped it all back out onto a new... tortilla. Split the new one as well, I asked maybe could we start again but nope. Double wrapped it with another tortilla andthe ingredients got all flipped around so now my first 4 bites its all just rice. Guess it's my fault, what'd I expect from theMexican McDonald's... Would have been better off going to the Taco bell next door. Read more
The guy that likes to touch his hair before every order and doesn't wash his hands or changes his gloves after handling cash... made my order the other night and I had three hairs in it. My wife and I have given this location a few tries but tonight's visit was the most atrocious. As she has worked at Chipotle... before she knows how thing should be. Ingredients aren?t cut small enough, lots of contamination on the line, chips are alwaysstale, workers are lazy. We tried today because I really do like chipotle, but in her bowl there was 3 pieces of cut up glove,which I will be posting a picture of. Who wants to pay almost 12$ for gloves in their food? And when she asked to speak themanager discreetly and considerately to not disrupt the huge line of customers, the worker said he would have her come to ourtable. I?ve been to other locations before but was hesitant to go to this one due to the reviews after it first opened. I finally tried... it a few days ago and I had no issues with my online order! I saw a lot of reviews mentioning the small portions but I thinkthey?ve fixed that issue considering the fact that this was the heftiest bowl I?ve ever had (I mean that in the best waypossible) ???? Ok Chipotle I wanted to wait before writing this one so I decided to give yall another shot. Should have just washed my hands of... it the first time!!... When I went there I got a bowl and the sofrito was super salty and they whole meal left my stomachunsettled. This time I decided to order a burrito I chalked up the first gaff to inexperience and the fact this location hadrecently opened. But it's been well over a month and this is just inexcusable. If you're not going to offer bags for take outorders like burritos or bowls at least have ppl ln the line who can properly wrap them!! Its a pandemic and this is how myburrito looks a minute after putting it down on my car seat??? I didn't even bother showin the interior shot as it was a effinmess. Best Chipotle in the area! This is heaven compared to the Danbury Chipotle. The food is always fresh and kept up with throughout... the day. They never have a short supply of anything. And they are always making sure to to keep everything clean. On top ofthat, the staff is very nice Read more
