I asked for a smoothie and I was told they didn't carry them. Obviously the name they use ( a refresher ?) is what the guy... wanted to hear. But instead just telling me that's what it is, he waited for me to come up with the right name. They didn't havethe flavor I wanted and the one I got was so watery it was gross. I asked for six bagels to go. They put five of them into apaper bag they use for one bagel! When the staff gave it to me telling me they would pack the sixth bagel separately I just hadto ask for a box. Really people, get some sense! Read more
Just went into this location and almost broke my neck because the floor was mopped with no wet floor sign at the entrance of... door not anywhere in store. Politely told multiple employees behind counter as well as the person mopping the store and theycould have cared less. Rather be on the phones and joking around instead of taking board of health policies seriously. Last timeI go in there rather not break my neck over careless workers who do not take safety of customers seriously. Read more
I got a free drink from Dunkin for my birthday. Before the coupon expired, I went into this Dunkin to use it. While looking at... the menu board something popped out at me, frozen hot chocolate. I've had it once before at a different coffee establishment andit was delicious. I was not disappointed. Even on a cold day, this went down easy and deliciously. As it melted, it mixedtogether and became more delicious. I ended up only finishing half, I put the rest in the fridge. The next day it was no longerfrozen, but basically a liquid iced chocolate. Its our local DD. I don't go very often because it was having a lot of issues. Happy to say, my coffee was what I ordered and... the girl working was kind and happy. Although, when someone's leaving a tip.......even if it's change (which mine was$3.00)........you say thank you. Always. Gratitude goes a long way. Enjoy your coffee. Read more
