Food is always good and hot. I love all the coffee drinks they have. Definitely my go to place for coffees!
Food was hot young kids served packed lines.
The bathrooms were nasty, unsanitary and smelt funky

On several occasions recently, now that Covid-19 has allowed restaurants to open, that the dining room has been closed. Went to... this location on Danbury Rd, at 7:45 am and the staff will not allow you in. I don't care to go through the drive thru due totoo many mistakes. If I could give 0 stars I would. Chose the drive through as a fast and easy option as an exhausted mom with 2 young children in... the car. I had to pull over to wait for my food(my kids happy meals came out right away)...fine. 15 minutes later they broughtout the wrong order, I told them and the employee said he would be right back with the correct order. Well, he never came backas I sat waiting with 2 hungry and tired kids in the car. I waited for 40 minutes total and finally had to walk up the the drivethrough to ask them where my food was! The employee suggested I come inside and I told him I had kids in the car. Miraculouslythey handed me my burger right away. When I got home and took a bite it was all pink inside. They also took my receipt when theywere looking for my food so I can't even leave a horrible review on their survey. Read more
