The 2 stars are for the brand only so yummy! However my husband have complained to management and at their cooperate office... about the mistakes at this location but, sadly little to nothing has changed. They miss items, give wrong items and then ask youto wait off to the side for your order so their (window waiting time doesn't go up). We have to go inside to makesure our orderis right witch completely makes the drive- thru use less. If you wanna play Russian roulette with your food then you're in theright place enjoy but I'm over it. They need new management. Read more
Ordered full Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. Got home and got 1/2 a sandwich (more like bread) but was charged for a full... sandwich. For the side I asked for an apple which was missing too. Waste of money. Read more
Terrible service at the New Milford Panera! They've messed things up on orders the last 4 times I have been there. We... typically use the drive thru and twice they've not given us utensils, I had rewards 3 times of a free bagel which I had orderedand did not get any of the 3 times. The last time my salad looked and tasted like it was thrown together with very little care,missing ingredients and full of water or juice from the fruit and my husband's salad was the wrong salad with the wrongdressing. Each of these negative experiences has happened in the evening so I wouldn't recommend going there for dinner! Read more
Came through the drive through late at night and they were all out of my usual, and instead of just say sorry and sending me on... my way, the girl taking my order politely asked if she could help me find something else to eat. I explained that I haveallergies so it?s hard for me to pick something but she was so kind and helpful and I ended up trying something new, theMediterranean bowl, and now that?s my go to. I love going to Panera bread. I feel good about the food I'm eating. Panera bread makes it easy to make smart food choices with... low calories. I do wish the prices were a bit more affordable so I can go more often. Read more
I go to Panera a lot.. went through the drive through to get 3 breakfast sandwiches and a pecan braid. The drive thru person... wouldn?t or couldn?t get the order correct. Asked for a manager and he seemed to get the problem about one of the breakfastsandwiches fixed. They gave me a bag with my order and I get home and it?s wrong. One of the breakfast sandwiches was missingsausage and no pecan braid. Not happy.. maybe I?ll think twice about going to Panera as much as I do! Read more
