Hands down the best sports bar in the town of New Milford, absolutely no competition! Not only is there a great crowd but the... bartenders are also amazing. Giving even one star is too much for the absolutely unprofessional experience we are having RIGHT NOW as we sit here in Scooters... Bar and Grill! Our soccer coach called the day prior to ensure if some of our team and their parents came between games thatthey (Scooters) could accommodate our party...we were assured they could. They called again this morning...as well as callingprior to our arrival...and once again they were assured there was no issue with handling our party. We arrived at 3:30....ourgame is at 5:30....it is 5:26 and half our party is still waiting for food. Now withball due respect...the majority of the kidsordered chicken strips..the others a burger...not exactly over the top requests. We still have a parent waiting for their foodwho literally ordered a crock of their french onion soup...their special...IT'S SOUP! Why have they been waiting over an hour torecieve an item that is already made?!?! No apology from the owner...manager...NOTHING not to mention an absolutely rude littleblonde server who felt the need to be insulting when we questioned what the issue was when we have been given different storiesas to what the issue was...let alone having the audacity to then state we could have grabbed any of the servers and asked themwhere our food was...THATS ALL WE DID THE ENTIRE TIME WE SAT THERE!!!! Our coach actually went into the kitchen directly to seewhat was going on as they knew we had to leave and most our lids still hadn't gotten their food! I wish my tip as opposed togratuity was to learn a little more about customer service before getting into the field! The sub par food was definitely notworth this nonsense! If you are looking for good service....stay away! Half our parents and some kids are leaving now with to gocontainers....thanks for the waste of time! Read more

I have made my rounds trying to find a sports bar in this area and finally scooters bar and grill has great food, great drinks,... and great staff. The blond bartender was super nice and great at what she does. They turned on the games that everyone wantedand the food came out quick for how busy they were.
