Due to the good ratings, we decided to give this place a try since we love Indian food. We thought the food tasted good BUT... there are a couple of things that we did not like at all: 1) Service was very slow and not very good. It seems like this placeis focused on Take out orders. People were constantly coming in to pick up their orders while we were waiting for 40 min, untilour food was finally there. 2) Cleanliness: the men's bathroom was not clean, the paper towels were empty and the light wasflickering. Both the plates, the glasses and the water carafe were not clean and had some dirt spots. This is never a goodsign. 3) When the food finally arrived, it was not hot any longer but lukewarm at most, very sad since we had waited quite sometime 4) Price: given the whole experience and the fact that they do not even serve Papadam for free, we think that the food isway too expensive. Overall, we were quite disappointed and if the food taste would not have been good, I would have rated theplace even lower.
