This is easily the worst Taco bell location I?ve ever been to. And I really love Taco Bell, I have the app and order ahead of... time so hopefully when I get there my order is either really or close to be ready, and all the time I?ve order from other places(which btw, I know every single Taco bell in Greater Danbury area and always have great experiences) it?s always nice and fastservice. But now that I have to past this place on my way home from work and order before when I get to the drive through theytell me that they don?t have any basic stuff from the menu but don?t even say ?sorry that we don?t have any supplies to makeyour order? it?s just like we can't make your order tonight go away. And this has happened to me at least 3 times within amonth. My brother has had the same issue only in this specific location. I think they not been able to serve the food that theapp has is actually making Taco Bell look bad. You better close this place or you could just say in the app what products theydon?t have so people get to decide what else to eat instead just like other food chain do. Read more

Absolute worst Taco Bell out there. Never good service, never open accordingly to the posted hours. And I do love Taco Bell as... my guilty pleasure, and being close to one after years has been nice, but the staffing is terrible. Ana?s again, they are neveropen to the hours posted on door or online, and I never get the right order. I always pay for extras and never get any of them.And this last order yesterday 10/12/22 I got NONE of the extras I paid for and called about it and got a nasty attitude and whenI returned for the refired order it was even worse!! And I said I would give it another try, and on 11/13/22 I walked in and washalf way through an order when they told me I had to leave because the septic backed up and they were cleaning the restaurant!!!Close and lock your doors if that?s the case!!!! Located on route seven across from the Walmart shopping center. Getting in the parking lot is fine, getting out could be a... disaster. Be careful. It?s a nice remodeled Taco Bell. It has drive-through, seating, counter service, and self ordering kiosk.I?m glad they had the kiosk because I didn?t see any employees until about five minutes after ordering. It almost seems likethey don?t want you to go to the front register. The food is just OK. Wasn?t my first choice. The nacho fries were very tasty.Everything else just meh. It sucked. No diet soda and not in a hurry to replace the canister. No parchment paper necessary to make the cheese covered... burrito...... That's why I drove all the way over here from NY. The manager is nasty. She has her friends doing all of thesurveys. He hanging out in the restaurant smells like pot from a mile away. Won't be back. Read more
So if I could give it one star I would. I honestly don't know what's happened to this particular taco bell, be it under new... management or just incompetence, but this place has really gone down hill fast I've heard of people nit being able to get whatthey paid for and ordered on the app because when they show up the place ran out of food. I personally ordered over 50 bucksworth of food using the app for my self and some friends and family and absolutely none of it was made as ordered like legitthey do the bare minimum here yet they ask for 15 bucks an hr for totally and obviously unskilled employees. So I suggest youlook for another fast food Mexican place to eat at or order from and not from here. Total waste of money. Read more
Food was delicious as always. It?s Taco Bell so I order something that I can eat quickly while it?s still hot. Very clean... restaurant and clean bathrooms. I see a lot of young friendly workers there trying their best everyday. I had no issues. Read more
Used to be an average location but not anymore. Service has plummeted the past year. They seem to only care about mobil... deliveries now. It's a rare occasion I can order drive thru and get a meal or if they even have many items left. They havenothing but excuses. Got 2 different excuses when I tried twice 30 minutes apart.
