The customer service here is really bad. I've been to other Baskin Robbins, it's my favorite ice cream joint from I was a kid.... There is always Baskin in my freezer. But I moved to New Milford and ive been visiting this location and it's a disgrace theamount of ice cream I'm served whenever I go here. I have to buy from other joints on my way home because I've heard and seenother customers complain and argue about the something. I'm a very displeased customer. Read more
They have a cute new little ice cream. I still prefer to support local ice cream shops not corporations, but I still love this... company since I used to visit as a child. The cotton candy is really good. But I would love to see some dairy free optionsbesides sherbert. Read more
