The customer service here is really bad. I've been to other Baskin Robbins, it's my favorite ice cream joint from I was a kid.... There is always Baskin in my freezer. But I moved to New Milford and ive been visiting this location and it's a disgrace theamount of ice cream I'm served whenever I go here. I have to buy from other joints on my way home because I've heard and seenother customers complain and argue about the something. I'm a very displeased customer. Read more
