Went to Brain Freeze Ice cream for the first time. Unfortunately the ice cream was inedible. The coffee ice cream had zero taste... and my husband had the coconut and same zero taste. Spent $8.50 on a brain freeze with Oreo and chocolate chips. The entire thing was filled with ice cream only. There was maybe... two pieces of cookies and a few chocolate chips! For 8.50 I expected a little more! Read more
I love brain freeze! I love the fact that they have a drive-thru which late night is great. The combos that they have for ice... cream seem unlimited. And the staff is genuinely friendly and I've never had a problem with them. Read more
Super upset today with my ice cream. I drove from Englewood to New Milford because my kids love their Cookie Monster Ice cream.... Paid $20 for 3small cups to come home to plain Ice cream and nothing in the mixture. Literally blue ice cream and white icecream with Once piece of cookie dough in it. I called to let them know and the girl told me thanks for letting her know they canassure me they scooped the right ice cream and they were at their very last. If this is the case then maybe you shouldn?t beselling it or warn the customer. I wasn?t even offered a refund as I should of been. My kids won?t eat it as they look frowardto eating whats In the inside. I don?t think I will be going back to this place again. Just warning perhaps no one should goaround their closing time so they aren?t disappointed . Read more
Decent amount of choices, would be great to have a few more dairy free other than 2 Italian Ice flavors. Also, bring cash for... tip, couldn't put it on card and now I feel bad because the workers were very sweet. Read more
Easily my favorite ice cream in Bergen County, NJ! The Cookie Monster flavor is amazing and is my go-to. Brain Freeze! Located in the Madison Plaza strip mall in New Milford this colorful and fun-loving ice cream shop has it all.... Including... pause for effect, a drive thru! Really! Yes, it's true! Serving ice cream, sherbet, Italian ices, ice cream cakesand pies. This place seems like the perfect setting for your child's birthday. Yum! I ordered a pistachio cup and a coconut cup, both with lots of toppings ? peanuts, coconut, pecans. Omg. It was SO GOOD!... I?m not even much of an ice cream person but I am in summer. There were so many toppings, they all scattered on the dining roomtable when I removed the lid. Really generous portion. The ice cream itself was delicious. I loved that it?s not overly sweet ?that?s what gives me brain freeze ? and it was buttery-thick and really smooth. Congrats! My fave new go-to for all things icecream. Read more
