I stopped here on a 6-hour drive & had the worst Dunkin experience in my life, and I visit various Dunkin?s at least three times... a week. The manager I believe, was actually the person taking care of my order. 1) they were out of 80% of donuts 2) when iasked what was left, he didn?t give a clear list so when i asked for a specific donut?s availability, he slammed my drink townon the counter (drive thru) and he said ?NO.?. He was extremely passive aggressive and quite honestly, don?t manage a restaurantif you can?t deal with customers asking for something so small as availability. I work at a restaurant and I couldn?t imaginetreating a customer this way. Also, the other reviews have said the staff are rude & dont have many donuts. If donuts are a mainattraction, you shouldn?t be running out at 5pm. The coffee was good though. Read more

My go-to Dunkin. I have one that is closer to me but I prefer to go the extra 5 minutes. Staff always greets me with a masked... smile. I?ve noticed alot of negative reviews saying the staff are rude. I?ve noticed that they are only rude once a customerstarts being really difficult. I come at all times of the day and they are never rude to anyone else but customers who are rudeback. Sometimes they get my order wrong and all I have to do is ask them to remake it and they always happily do! I?ve alsonoticed that a lot of them aren?t fluent in English which may be a reason they may come out as ?rude.? Don?t let the negativecomments sway you from coming! Read more

Bought coffee yesterday sucked told them how I wanted it and also bought a doughnut it was hard as a rock they always mess up... your coffee order they are the worst one I been to. Read more

Every time orders comes out wrong. I always order through the app and they make my coffee differently every time, then I've to... wait in line again to ask them if they can make it correctly (for what I paid). Staff is very ignorant. Read more

I just wasted 20 minutes for 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants. Staff was rude and ungrateful for my business. In the future, ... will definitely drive the extra distance for the efficient service. Read more

I am tying to give this DD good reviews but,,,,,,,,,, this is the forth time they got the order wrong. T he store kept asking... me if I ordered a sandwich . He asked my name a few times . Telling him my name a few times even pulling my face mask down so hecould read my lips I kept telling them NO and what I did order since I had ordered on line they had a ticket to verify The guywas holding the ticket in the air so I asked for the ticket and read it myself and sure enough no sandwich listed in the on theorder ticket. I ordered two donuts and a toasted bagel with butter. I got home and the bagel was NOT toasted just with butter. Just a few days ago I ordered three donuts to get three wrong donuts then I informed the worker and he took the bag andreturner with three other wrong donuts. After telling him to read the ticket he returned with three more wrong donuts . Now Iwas getting a little excited and the girl came over and asked what the problem was She then read the ticket and got the correctdonuts, Thie happened two more times before. Ordered ice latte and came out with 95% only milk.. I told them it's too much milk. Lady took the latte and gave me back with... lots of suger. I don't see any any customer service here. People look frustrated. Not even hello, hi, or what can I get it foryou today? They need lots of training lol. Read more
