We are local to this Dunkin' and every single time we order, something is either missing or completely wrong in the order.... Today, they did not put in the pumpkin muffin, jelly donut, and they made my husband's sandwhich with bacon instead of thesausage he ordered. The manager was the one who handed the order out the drive-thru window and told him everything was good togo. It definitely was not. Corporate needs to look into the management at this store. Perhaps they are tkaing advantage of thehughway location. I can not imagine how much money they are making by stiffing highway customers. Read more
The wait was long about 10 minutes. My bagel bites were cold. The coffee was good though. I've been here many times and it's... unusual to have a wait. So hopefully they were just having an off day. Read more
Absolutely great menu and the best dounts I've had so far. Much better than Tim Hortons that we have in canada
The girl at the register was very polite and professional and the coffee was excellent as always, however the man working was... kind of a jerk. We asked for an extra small cup because we were traveling and it?s hard to drink out of a big cup withoutspilling. We take it black and it?s always extra hot. Pos people won?t serve for truck drivers
Overall a convenient spot just a quick drive from the highway. Lots of other amenities around once coffee order is in hand.... Washrooms could have used a bit of attention which is why the 3 star rating. Overall though the coffee and snack were on pointas expected for Dunkin on this one. Read more
