I went to Burger King New Minas around 6pm, Aug. 30,2022. I suppossed to order in front and they just staring at me. If I could give you no stars I would spent over $11 on a really bad chicken sandwich. Mayo on top perfect but the gross sour... mayo/tarter sauce made my stomach turn. Tried to talk to the manager she said that it was mayo and that's how it gets on thebottom so I ask for my money back but no she wants to make me another one if that is how it was supposed to be made then tell mewhy I would want another one. I tossed it in the trash and will never be back. Read more
Tried the Ghost Pepper Nuggets and wasn't impressed. They lacked flavour and were very small. They left an unpleasant and... lingering burn in the mouth instead of having a real heat or flavour. Nobody was wearing masks and the cashier was rude about amishap with my order that was caused by their own app. Overall experience was terrible and I will not be back. Read more
Poor poor customer service. The girl in the front counter not even trying to listen and I asked for 1 minutes to think about the... order she showed high level of attitude. Not given any respect to the customer.totally disappointed Attention Management- Thisone staff is enough to spoil your name . Train her properly. First off got the order wrong, second they did not know the prices of food, and when informed that they overcharged based on the... giant signs all over the restaurant 3 staff grouped up and rudely argued at me. They don't know what " mix and match" means andbadly need training on customer service. However, the burgers were above average for a bk restaurant. Would avoid to not dealwith those staff again. tried that new ghost whopper and I wasn't impressed at all, I got 1 slice of onion no veggies and that black sauce, I had to... remove that sauce as much as I could and put ketchup and mayo to make it taste better .
